CEO / Co-Founder
Jimmy has 25+ years of experience in the financial service industry as a technologist and business-line owner. After helping the ICE® and NYSE® Technologies sell off their technology divisions in 2014, he started AFIX Solutions, a company founded to help his clients find the best FIX and IT-based solutions in a CTO On-Demand capacity. Jimmy enjoys the challenge of providing intuitive solutions to complex problems and building the teams around the world that come together to solve them.
COO / Co-Founder
Manny’s broad range of experience spanning 20+ years as a Systems Engineer for ERP and SCM solutions, and 15 years as Founder/CEO of FIX Asia prepared him for starting up XOI Information Technology Services. As a seasoned local team builder, his ability to recruit and develop talents, navigate local laws and employment regulations, and his experience in domestic facility management have rewarded many global companies in their pursuit of business growth in the Philippines.

FIX Asia is established as local entity.

Builds out Service Desk, Application Support and NOC for NYFIX® a global trading system and connectivity provider.

Establishes center of excellence for FIX (Financial Information Exchange) in Asia-Pacific region.
2008
Provided Asia and EU Coverage for NYFIX® by splitting 24-hour coverage with US peer team.
2010
Bought by the NYSE®, expanded teams across several technology vendors.
2011
Expanded Center of Excellence for NYSE® technology firms including Wombat™, NYFIX®, & TransactTools™.
2013
FIX Asia sold to NYSE® Technologies creating NYSE® Philippines.
2013-2014
Part of Management team transitioned ICE®/NYSE® companies to new ownership.

Jimmy Timmins creates AFIX Solutions, Inc. established in New York.
2015
Manny Santiago creates FIX Consulting Group IOX in Philippines. AFIX rolls out CTO/COO on Demand Offering in US to help small companies facilitate growth.

AFIX/IOX expands client base and moves to larger office in The Peak Towers. IOX partners with AFIX as BPO offering catered to start-ups and small business navigating global growth.

Establishes 24×7 offering for one of their financial services clients providing onboarding, service desk, integration, and system engineers around the clock.
2018
IOX is renamed XOI Information Services. Expands Recruitment and HR Teams in Manila.
2019
XOI and AFIX brand their long-term partnership as Xelure Technologies.
2020
Xelure is 100% Working Remotely on Day 1 of MCQ in the Philippines. Expands client base as firms dependency on remote technology teams surges. Partners with HackerEarth Assessments for more efficient and expedited interview process for technology hires.
