Along with this move of empowering businesses to grow and scale through collaborative partnership, New York-based AFIX Solutions combined forces with Manila-based XOI Information Systems in 2015. They branded their long-term partnership as Xelure Technologies in 2019.

Manny Santiago creates FIX Consulting Group IOX in Philippines. AFIX rolls out CTO/COO on Demand Offering in US to help small companies facilitate growth.
AFIX/IOX expands client base and moves to larger office in The Peak Towers. IOX partners with AFIX as BPO offering catered to start-ups and small business navigating global growth.
Establishes 24×7 offering for one of their financial services clients providing onboarding, service desk, integration, and system engineers around the clock.
IOX is renamed XOI Information Services. Expands Recruitment and HR Teams in Manila.
